Our story starts at a counter in Chalandri and continues here, on the corner of Fylis and Kefallinias, with the same care for good Greek meat.

Kostas, still a teenager, learns the trade in his uncle’s butcher shop next to the Chalandri football ground.

He opens his own butcher shop on Vrilissia’s main square.

The shop moves to the corner of Fylis and Kefallinias, where you will still find us today.
